In order to enter, you need to:

1. Purchase a Kellogg’s pack.

2. Scan the QR code on pack, at Point of Sale, or visit www.kellogg.com/BetterDays.

3.  Log-in to an existing Kellogg’s account or if you are a new user, create a Kellogg’s account and complete the multi-factor authentication requirements if prompted to.

4. Enter the last four digits of the barcode on the promotional pack (see question 7 for where you can find this code on-pack).

5. Complete the wordsearch/puzzle correctly. The winner will be the participant who completes fastest wordsearch/ puzzle each day.

 Any Kellogg’s cereal or any Kellogg’s snack pack is eligible to participate. 

During the promotional period, winners will be contacted via email within 28 days of completing the crossword/puzzle, via the email address registered to their Kellogg’s account.

The code will be the last four digits of the barcode. Please see the image below for reference on where you can find the barcode on pack.

There is a limit of one entry per person per day. Each time you choose to enter, you must supply the last 4 digits of the barcode from a promotional pack. Each barcode is only valid for one entry each day. Regardless of the number of times you decide to enter, you will only be able to win up to a maximum of one multi-retailer voucher.

Yes, you need to purchase a Kellogg's promotional package to participate. 

· During the main promotional period (between 0:01 on 7th of August 2023 and 23:59 on 29th of October 2023), participants who complete the word search/puzzle fastest each day will be the winners. All prizes that have not been won for one day will go towards the prize total of the following day's competition.

· A notification will be sent to the winning participants of the prize to the email address registered to their Kellogg's account within 28 days of completing the puzzle.

· The winner of the prize will receive an email confirming their acceptance of the Prize and further details about the Prize. The winner will have to respond to this email within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to return the Prize to the total Prizes in the Promotion. Our agency Cloud Nine will contact the winner to fulfill the prize.

We will donate a minimum of €10k to each participating charity at the end of the promotion. If redemptions in market exceed 40,000 (40,000 x 0.25c = €10k) then we will pay them the additional funds up to a maximum of €500,000 across all markets.

When you engage with the POS and enter the competition for the prize money, this counts as a redemption. How long is the multi-retailer voucher valid for?

Each multi-retailer voucher code will be issued with a minimum 15-month validity period. If you do not convert the voucher code into a retailer voucher within this time period, you will lose the voucher code value. Each retailer voucher has its own validity period that you can check directly on the voucher provider’s website.

How do I use my multi-retailer voucher?

Please follow the steps below to use and redeem your multi-retailer voucher:

a) Winners will be issued a voucher code via email, along with a URL: https://clients.ovationincentives.com/redeem/en/home

b) To redeem, you must visit the URL, and enter your unique voucher code.

c) Select the chosen voucher provider including the desired quantity of vouchers for that specific retailer.

Once complete add vouchers to the shopping basket.

d) You must then follow the check-out process to confirm your selected voucher.

e) Each voucher is subject to the individual voucher provider’s terms and conditions, which can be found on the voucher provider’s website. Please ensure you review these before selecting your voucher.

If you are a lucky winner, your prize will be sent to the email address linked to your Kellogg account. Please ensure when entering, that the email address linked to your Kellogg account is correct as it cannot be updated after entry.
